By using a square grip with a 45% rotation, the “front” of the grip now becomes an angled area perfectly fitting the players’ grip and creating a much more biomechanically efficient position for the putting stroke. WIN WITH A MAX
Unlike a traditional putter grip, the MAX places your hands in a position so the palms face each other and the wrists are in a neutral position. It turns your elbows into your body and sets your shoulders back. This relieves arm and shoulder tension, inhibits wrist action, which takes “the hands out of the putting” and promotes shoulder rotation, creating a solid putting stroke, which will give you a one-piece feel, leading to a more consistent stroke.

Great grip, with a very interesting and innovative style. When I handed this grip to my guy, he and I weren't sure how it should be installed. He went online, and followed what he saw there. It's different, sure, and felt uncomfortable, as most new grips do, but I kept an open mind. It only took 3-4 practice putts, before I had an "aha" moment for sure. It wasn't just me. I had my buddies try it, and it was the same 3-4 putts before "AHA".

Hey Greg - Awesome to hear! A good option for a more 'non-tapered' feel would be the MAX 15. With that grip you have more of a similar width down more of the putter shaft, giving you more of what you may be looking for.
