"I ordered this grip on a Monday morning at 9 a.m. from Garsens’ website for my putter I just lengthened. It was Tuesday night before I got an alert that a label was printed, but Wednesday evening I noticed it still had not moved, so on Thursday I messaged to just cancel the order because I’m headed out of town Sunday and would just buy something local. On Friday afternoon, there was still no response to my email or movement from the package, so I called for the second time, which goes to some dude’s cellphone as it did when I called Thursday prior to the email. This time I left a message that I wanted to just cancel because it still had not left. About an hour later, I get a notification that it’s been dropped off at an ups store to come my way. I’m not sure if they’re going to try to charge me return shipping, but I’m pissed and don’t want it just because of how it’s been handled.

"I picked up two Max putter grips while on sale. I used one over the winter practicing in my basement and the outer layer started flaking away after a few weeks. I put the second grip on for my first round of the year and on the 11th green noticed the outer layer of the grip was doing the same thing."
